The Northwest region includes the following states: Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming.
To reach the sanofi-aventis Northwest Regional BioGENEius Challenge, you follow this path:
Two regional finalists from the Northwest will receive an all-expense paid trip to compete at the sanofi-aventis International BioGENEius Challenge, which takes place during the Biotechnology Institute's Conference on Biotechnology Education in Chicago, IL (May 2-4, 2010). The first place winner of the sanofi-aventis International BioGENEius Challenge receives a $7,500 cash award. Other awards include $5,000 for second place, $2,500 for third place, and $1,000 for fourth place. Each remaining finalist will receive a $500 Honorable Mention Award.
